    Various. Mild irritation to very bad pain.

    Swollen and red ear canal. Pain on pulling tragus and pinna

    Treatment
    Conservative

    Advice about ear care. Analgesia (e.g. paracetamol 1g QDS)

    Medical

    Topical antiotics +/- steroids to reduce inflammation

    Surgical

    Debris removal via suction
